Alex is a noted composer for the ‘reborn’ trio format as albums like ‘SONGS FROM SEVEN HILLS’ and ‘LEGENTIS’ testify – both highly evocative of places and people he has played alongside most of the leading jazz figures in the UK. Trio members include: Yuri Goloubev on bass, Asaf Sirkis on drums and Alex Hutton on piano. Hutton is an established pianist on the London Jazz scene. Over the last 10 years he has worked with most of the leading figures, (Jim Mullen, Bobby Wellins, Art Themen, Pete King, Don Weller, Dave O Higgins, Dave Green. Pete Wareham.)
