The Jazz Co op in Newcastle are looking for someone to run the Globe and work with the co-operative to build the reputation of the music venue.
The Globe in Newcastle (NE4 7AD) is unique. It is owned by a co-operative committed to live music.
They welcome applications from both prospective tenants and managers.
For interested tenants: send a business plan including financial projections and details of your skills and experience. For managers: send your CV and a proposal of how you would like to run the Globe
Applicants will be welcome to visit the Globe and meet a co-op representative on Monday 2 November 2015 (from 12-6pm)
Closing date for applications is noon on Monday 9 November.
Interviews will be held on Tuesday 24 November.
The new tenant or manager will be able to start in January 2016.
