As always, the club meets on the last Sunday lunchtime of the month, with a 12:30pm start. Our session on February 22nd certainly fulfills our mission to bring the best of regional and national jazz to Wigan - Phil Shotton brings his SWINGSHIFT BIG BAND, always popular visitors to the club, but this time featuring the UK's number one big band drummer and bandleader PETE CATER.
The venue, as always, is Whelley Ex-Servicemen's Club, in Vauxhall Road, Wigan WN1 3LU.
Admission is £11, £10.50 for concessions and £10 for Wigan Jazz Club members - no need to book, just pay at the door.
